Welcome to Hampshire State, a small city located in the beautiful province of Montréal. Many people who live here are retired businessmen, no longer needing to work even though they're barely past thirty. Their children are on their way to following in their footsteps, many attending Hampshire State University to get their degrees. There are kids that don't want to do that, they don't care about education and just want to live their lives to the full and die young. They party hard and many do some sort of drug. Who cares about education, right?
